Rooted in Healing

Healing is about more than feeling better.

It's about feeling more like yourself.

Healing is not simply the absence of symptoms. It is the process of understanding your experiences, strengthening meaningful relationships, and creating new patterns that support emotional well-being.

Whether you're seeking therapy for yourself, your relationship, or your family, our work together is centered on helping you reconnect with what matters most.

Ways We Can Work Together

Family Therapy

Families thrive when every member feels heard, understood, and valued. Together, we'll strengthen communication, navigate conflict, and build healthier family relationships.

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy offers space to address anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, identity development, life transitions, and relationship concerns while fostering resilience, self-understanding, and hope.

Healing That Honors Your Whole Story

Healing doesn't happen in isolation.

Our relationships, families, culture, identities, and lived experiences all shape who we are. Therapy should make room for every part of your story.

Whether you're navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, grief, racism, discrimination, oppression, cultural stress, or the complexities of interracial, intercultural, or interfaith relationships, you'll find a place where your experiences are welcomed with compassion, curiosity, and respect.

Healing begins by being fully seen.

Why Work With Me

Whatever brought you here, you don't need to have it figured out yet. That's what this space is for.

My training is grounded in three areas: Emotionally Focused Therapy, trauma-informed care, and ADHD-focused support. I've built real depth in each because people rarely show up with just one thing going on. Anxiety is often tangled up with an old hurt. A relationship strain can be tangled up with an undiagnosed pattern no one ever named. Wherever you're starting, that's the kind of care you'll find here.

Before this was my career, I spent years in investigative and compliance work, including as a federal investigator. That season of life taught me to move slowly through complicated situations instead of rushing to a conclusion. It's quietly part of how I sit with people now.

I'm a biracial woman, a mother, and a military spouse. Between my clinical training, close friendships, and my own family life, I understand something of what active duty, deployment, and the return home can carry, for the service member and for the people who love them. If your life includes questions about culture, identity, a demanding career, or military service in any form, you're welcome to bring all of it here.

How Healing Happens

Healing looks different for every person. Your care should too.

Rather than relying on a single approach, I tailor therapy to your unique needs by integrating evidence-based practices informed by attachment science, Emotionally Focused Therapy as a specialty, experiential therapies, focusing-oriented techniques, family systems thinking, and trauma-informed care.

My goal is to help you experience meaningful healing, stronger relationships, and lasting change.

Rooted Where You Are

Online Therapy Throughout Nevada and California

Healing shouldn't depend on your location.

I provide secure online therapy for individuals, couples, and families throughout Nevada and California. Because I am licensed in both states, I can often work with couples and families whose members are physically located in Nevada and California during the same session.

I have a special focus on serving Reno, Sparks, Carson City, Fallon, Fernley, and surrounding Northern Nevada communities while remaining available statewide in both Nevada and California. I also welcome military members, veterans, military spouses, civilian employees, and families connected with Naval Air Station Fallon.

Beginning Therapy

Beginning therapy can be simple.

01. Schedule a consultation

A brief conversation gives us a chance to discuss what you're looking for and whether we may be a good fit.

02. Complete your forms online

Before your first appointment, you will receive access to the secure practice-management portal.

03. Meet through secure telehealth

Attend from a private location while physically present in Nevada or California.

Rooted Reflection

Healing doesn't require you to have all the answers.

Sometimes it begins by allowing yourself to be seen, heard, and supported.

Whether you're seeking healing for yourself, your relationship, or your family, you don't have to take the next step alone.
